From the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, to the cozy and familiar atmosphere that greeted us upon arrival, every aspect of this hotel exudes comfort and hospitality. the well-assorted sweet and savory buffet breakfast served on the panoramic terrace overlooking the lake was a delightful way to start each day. Sipping a cappuccino while admiring the stunning views truly made it a special moment. the outdoor panoramic swimming pool with hydromassage was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind, whether enjoying a refreshing cocktail, reading a book in the sun, or simply taking in the fresh lake breeze. the guided walks organized by the Association of Hoteliers were a wonderful way to explore the medieval churches, charming old villages, and natural trails in the area. It's a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich history and beauty of Lake Garda. Overall, Hotel Firenze offers a wonderful blend of relaxation, delicious cuisine, and stunning views that will make any traveler feel right at home.
